Wallet doesn't show balance, but Trezor Suite does?

  • Trezor Suite now features bech32 addresses as default, but these are not supported by the production wallet at https://wallet.trezor.io/
  • Trezor Suite will soon replace the production wallet entirely so this issue should no longer be a problem

  • If you still want to use a web wallet and be able to see your bech32 balances, you can use the Suite Web app: Trezor Suite

i can not see my balances even on my mobile suite app :(((

my asset lost? i have seeds saved on paper. I thought cold wallet was safe for keeping crypto.

Hi, if you kept the wallet backup (SEED) secure on the paper so nobody could see that, you should be fine.

Maybe you used Passphrase, so you are into another wallet? Even a slight change in letters, dots and spaces will present you different hidden wallet.
