Zero balance after firmware update

Hello I just updated the firmware on my Trezor from trezor.io to the trezor suite. I completed the update with my seed key also added a paraphrase for the hidden wallet, but now both wallets are showing a zero balance. I can see the transactions on trezorsuite.com but I’m unsure why it’s saying I sent an unconfirmed transaction when I surely did not. I only followed the prompts in regards to the update. I have attached a screenshot of my previous transactions and you can see the amount of BTC that has been sent to the trezor, you can also see the new transaction going to an unknown wallet address. Please help!!

You can open a ticket by contacting official support here. Then you’ll receive and email with your ticket number.

This is the same thing that happened to me.
