XMR and Trezor model T Couldn't open wallet: Could not connect device Trezor

Hi having an issue. Haven’t plugged my trezor in since 2021. Just plugged it in updated trezor suite and updated the device itself. When I try to the wallet I get this message

Couldn’t open wallet: Could not connect to the device Trezor

Any help would be appreciated

Trezor suite is connecting to the trezor Monero GUI still says couldn’t connect

Tried

  • reinstalling and updating
  • different cables and ports

Hi @trezorpeople1,

Have you tried the cable in another USB port?
If you’re using an USB HUB, is it powered?
Also try the USB cable in a USB port directly in the PC, if you’re now using a HUB.
