I already announced new customer portal New Trezor customer portal is live!, and part of the portal is our new customer support tool. It is an AI-based virtual agent that will hopefully improve our response time.
Currently, the bot can address the most frequent issues which don’t require human interaction.
We will work on addressing a broader range of issues and improving the current answers.
Soon we will be able to automate the orders & shipping queries by connecting the chatbot with our brand-new e-shop.
