Unable to Make a Purchase

Please provide any assistance regarding this issue:

  • Macbook Pro
  • Trezor One
  • Firmware 1.14.0
  • Trying to make a purchase
  • Over a period of years, many purchases made using Trezor
  • Can login to Trezor from app and website
  • Trezor portal opens and most functions are available
  • Click on Buy & sell
  • Box to enter the dollar amount to be purchased is missing
  • Under payment method it says “No Methods Available”
  • Tried two computers, rebooted computers, cleared cache, tried incognito

Hi @michae.corwin , Could you please try refreshing the app first by pressing CTRL + R (or CMD + R on Mac) and then give it another try?
