Hi there I stuck with my trezor wallet. I cant withdraw my fund from avantis vault. I get error message. ‘‘firmware error’’ My setup is as follow. trezor 5 firmware 2.10.0 trezor suite 26.2.3 and rabby wallet. It was working fine around december last time I withdraw some fund from avantis vault with my trezor 5 connected to rabby wallet. But now I cant withdraw anymore. My firmware is up to date so I dont undestand why it not working. Anyone else face this issue before? Any advice pplease I mreally stuch here. Tanks in advance.
Hi @khagir , Could you please try connecting to the Avantis vault directly, without going through Rabby Wallet, for example by using WalletConnect?
hi @Andrew00 I just tried to connect directly with wallet connect but still get the error.
@khagir What is the operation that you are trying to do when you get the error? Is it when connecting or when you are trying to sign a transaction?
@Andrew00 No signing require on Avantis to connect wallet only for tx like deposit and withdraw etc from my understanding.I get the error when try to sign tx for withdraw
problem solved. I contacted trezor support and they released a firmware update that fixed my issue
