Trezor working on suite but not pairing with my browser

I need help every time I try to transact, i cannot pair my device with my browser.

Make sure to use supported browsers (Chrome or Firefox). Also, make sure to install the communication protocol Trezor Bridge which can be downloaded at Trezor Suite
