I have set up my own bitcoin full node with an electrs server. I am able to use Sparrow wallet to connect to my electrs server. But Trezor Suite refuses to connect to my electrs server. I have tried Tor and I have tried clearnet. I have tried with Trezor Suite on windows. Doesn’t connect. I have tried with Trezor Suite on android. Doesn’t connect.
My windows Trezor suite is version 26.2.3. My android Trezor suite is 26.2.2.
update. Having tried and tried again and again, I have somehow tricked Trezor Suite on Windows to use my electrs server. I am doing this with a clearnet host. It is like “electrs dot hostname dot com:50001:t” And Trezor Suite on Windows is now rather grudgingly using my electrs server.
So the next thing is to try to achieve the same miracle on the Trezor Suite on my Android phone. I have literally copied and pasted the server address from my Windows Trezor Suite into my Android Trezor Suite. And over and over again, the unhappy result is “unable to connect to server. check for typos and server disruptions.” Oh and as mentioned above, Sparrow wallet has no difficulty connecting to this Electrs server. I tried a forced stop of the android trezor suite, restarted it, no joy. Tried restarting the phone, no joy.

Our developers identified the bug in the mobile version of Trezor Suite, and hopefully it should be fixed soon.
