I use MacBook pro, trezor suite Can’t update now. Is there any way to update it?

You should see an offer to update Trezor Suite right after you open it:
It is also possible to update to the latest version in the “Settings” (the gearwheel symbol in the top right corner of Trezor Suite) under the “Application” tab:
You can also uninstall the current version of Trezor Suite then download and install the latest version which can be downloaded at Trezor Suite App (Official) | Desktop & Web Crypto Management
Also, keep in mind that you need MacOS 10.15 or higher (as mentioned at https://trezor.io/learn/a/os-requirements-for-trezor) to be able to run the desktop version of Trezor Suite. If you have older version of MacOS you need to use the web version of Trezor Suite which is available at Trezor Suite
