When I tap the screen it’ll reboot. Sometimes I can enter my password, but when I touch the screen to get to the menu, it reboots. it is impossible to use wallet with bluetooth.. only wired connection works good. but it is not what i expect when paying $249+tax.just a particaly worked device.

Ticket has been already created, just a topic to show that somebody is not alone in this issue. and honestly i’m so upset and frustrated.. i moved from Ledger after more than 7 years of using it.. and honestly 100% unsatisfied of this decision.It feels like i paid $250+tax for unworked device.. lets see how service will goes, cause i haven’t any issues before with my ledger but i know service of ledger is sucks. what i can’t say about Trezor service yet.

I have the same problem, also experiencing restarts each time I try to input the PIN. Same as you, I only have this problem on Bluetooth connection (never on USB C). However, I was able to find a workaround - disable haptic feedback (the vibration you feel on display interactions).
