Trezor not connecting on despite being paired

I am trying to connect my trezor to sign a transaction, however, my trezor cannot connect despite being detected by my PC and connected. (Please see attached image) Whenever I click connect, it just resolves the popup but never actually connects to my trezor.

Please help me, I am using the original trezor cable and have tried clearing browser cache and using different usb ports, nothing is working.

I suppose you tried to hit the “Connect” button in the pop-up, right? If the issue persists, please install the communication protocol Trezor Bridge and try again.
