Trezor Model T Boot error

Today, when I connected my wallet to my computer, a blue screen popped up with a message that said something like “Boot Loader” and a prompt to update the firmware to a version from SatoshiLabs.
I tried to close the window, but it gave me a choice between updating or reinstalling the wallet. I got scared and disconnected it from the computer.
A couple of minutes later, when I tried connecting it again, the screen was gone, everything went smoothly, and I was able to access my wallet.
My wallet is about 4–5 years old, and this is the first time this has happened. Is this normal behavior, or is something wrong with my device?

Hi @Babiba , Based on your description, it seems that you have entered the bootloader mode unintentionally.

No need to worry. This is completely normal and doesn’t indicate any problem with your Trezor. Bootloader mode is used for actions such as firmware updates or performing a factory reset and it can be accessed by swiping your finger across the screen while connecting the USB cable.

Thank you for your reply.
I’m already starting to worry about the condition of my device :face_without_mouth:
