TOR with web suite stopped working

I’ve always connected to the Trezor suite webapp (Trezor Suite) using Tor browser with no issues but it looks like there was an update - now the page loads but the connection status & pin entry that would normally show on the right side is just blank. Seems it’s not loading.

Please don’t suggest installing the desktop suite

System: Linux (Manjaro)
Browser: Tor 10.5 (based on Mozilla Firefox 78.11.0esr) (64-bit)

Hi @c9wcybcm6tc

Thanks for reaching out. We will definitely look into this. However, could you send us your detailed log from Trezor Suite, please? Use PM, thx.

Navigate to Settings - General - Show log

Thanks @pavel

However as I mentioned, I am using the suite webapp - not desktop.

Here’s the errors shown in the console. I also submitted a crash report via the website itself (talking about Trezor Suite Webapp here)

Thanks. But please, send us the detailed log, available from Trezor Suite web app as well. Settings > Three dots … > Show log

This is as far as I can get using Tor browser

Thanks for the screenshot. Our QA have tested it and it’s working.

However, it seems your Tor doesn’t load the picture in the middle of the grey field. Please, check your browser settings for Trezor Suite website html/css elements. Optionally, try navigating your cursor in the middle of the grey field till it’s changed, then you can click on the “invisible” element.

Works! Thanks. This is a workaround; hope a fix is coming soon.
