Suite Application says "hanging" when trying to open

So I was using my Tresor T for a few days no problem. Now for some reason I get this error after opening suite and using without issue for the FIRST time, but if I close suite and try and open it again I get an error saying its hanging. When I wait it just keeps giving this error over and over again, tried to clear cache and doesn’t work. Uninstalled to entire program and reinstalled and still having the problem. Any help would be great!

First, please try to restart your computer, then reinstall the app (the installation file can be downloaded at https://trezor.io/trezor-suite).

Also, try if you are able to access your wallet via the web version of Trezor Suite. The web version can be found here: https://suite.trezor.io/web/

Please note that you need Trezor Bridge installed on your computer for the web version. You can download it from this source: https://suite.trezor.io/web/bridge/
(use supported browsers for the web version of Trezor Suite - Chrome and Firefox)

I have the same problem. Restared my computer - problem is not solved. This is only then I install app at new computer. I didn’ try web version cause I want to use desktop app. What is going on? Never happened before… Thank U for reply

Hi @Julian,

If the reinstallation of the app did not help, please uninstall the app and also Trezor Suite. Then find the folder @Trezor in the AppData and delete it. Try to install the desktop app again and try if you are able to access it as expected.

This “hanging” problem can also appear due to CPU loading up to 100% on weak computers.
