Same problem here⦠been using Trezor for years and no issues with it until now. Might be time to go with another wallet.
Following the Trezor Customer Support instructions I used the Backpack Wallet and it worked.
Go to āBackpack and Trezorā on the Trezor website and follow the instructions.
Can you please explain a little further? I donāt see this ābackpackā on the main website.

I get the same error through the web version.
To be quite honest I donāt want to use multiple 3rd party apps to access my device, thatās why I went with trezor. please fix the native trezor desktop app asap.

The web version throws the same error.

Itās now Jan 28th and the problem still persists. Getting frustrated.
I ended up removing the program and reinstalling the older version. I have Windows 10 and there was some of the program being blocked by the antivirus program and I had to tell it to allow the program to download. The error the newer version was giving said VPN and I didnāt have one on, so knew that wasnāt the issue. Iām guessing it was the firewall. Iām not sure I want to upgrade to the newer version and go through all that again.
