Safe 3 unknown transaction , when sending myself a SPL Token

Ive received SPL tokens in the past . However i sent over a chunk hSOL on solana and its not showing in my wallet. Looking at the explorer , my sol address does show i hold the token , however on trezor , i get an “unknown transaction” error . How can i get access to my spl token ? .

BTW, I tried to connect nufi but that didnt work. For some reason it connected succesfully but never displayed an option for my actual sol account. Only random sol addresses with 0 balance. So that was a dead end

@yeahdixon if you use a passphrase wallet please make sure you are entering the correct passphrase when prompted to do so while setting up your Solana account on NuFi wallet.

Ohhh ok for nu fi im in your response helped me !!!. So … I actually previously used the passphrase when i shouldn’t have, and when I just used the standard wallet, I got in. I thought i was being more secure using a password :slight_smile: Now i can interact with the wallet. whew :). I guess moving forward, I want to still keep my spl on the trezor, but would it be advised given that I cant interact with it directly using Trezor suite ( i hope trezor fixes this)? I mean technically its there , just seems as if trezor just doesnt know what it is. This is not a $hit coin or anything its one of the biggest LSTs out there.

Just following up on this. I checked trezor suite and I do not see “unknown transaction” anymore. It now shows hSol, helius solana properly. For the record i did not do anything to make this happened and corrected over the past week sometime.
