I’m confused. When I look at what coins are supported by Trezor I see this list. Which is what I used when deciding the purchase this wallet. Trezor Hardware Wallet (Official) | The original and most secure hardware wallet.
When I went to transfer my coins off of Coinbase and Coinbase pro. I see that not all of the coins are listed under Accounts. Trezor does not have customer service so I’m hoping I can get help here.
I got the coins I could transfer, But the other coins I have like Ripple, SHIBA, LINK, etc aren’t showing up under accounts or under add more coins. How do I transfer them to my wallet?
Thank you!

hi @apirone
Trezor does provide customer support via helpdesk (beside this community forum).
You can open a ticket using following link: Trezor Hardware Wallet (Official) | The original and most secure hardware wallet.
Now regarding your inquiry:

The coins you have mentioned are all supported by Trezor firmware and in Trezor Suite.
Everything has already been explained in the following post (please see the video as well):
You can find a list of all supported coins at: List of supported coins
The list provides an information about what model supports the coin in question as well as any related apps to use for a given coin.
Coins that are natively supported in our app can be managed directly via Trezor Suite: http://suite.trezor.io/ .
The best practice (yet ignored by some coin’s developers) is to use unique address for your coin so they don’t get mixed, in general you could say that each coin has its own address…
The vast majority of supported coins are ERC20 tokens. These are built on top of the ETH network, use ETH addresses, and so must be managed via an Ethereum-compatible Wallet. For more detailed info check our user manual: ERC20 tokens - Trezor Wiki
Trezor recently released Trezor Suite which features a native ETH Wallet: https://suite.trezor.io/
To receive ERC20 tokens just use the ETH address as the receiving address. Once the token is received you should see it in the transaction history aut…
