from now on we have disabled the creation of private messages for all users with trust level 2 or lower. The main reason is to avoid fraudulent private messages that put our users at great risk.
As the traffic on the forum increases, we need to make sure that not a single attempt to cheat our fellow users is possible. If you need to provide sensitive information to our Community Support, you can create a support ticket using this form: https://trezor.io/support/technical/issue/ and provide a ticket ID in the thread.
