Payment deducted from my account ,but system show no payment ,any one can help me?

i order a trezor wallet by credit card ,payment deducted from my account (aready comfirm with my bank),but the system still show no payment ,and i aready contact the customer service by email ,but they still no reply ,the order will cancel if still no payment show ,can anyone help me?the customer service no reply at all after i email
