Passphrase Wallet Not Visible in App But Visible in Browser

Hello,

1- I was using Trezor Suite v25.8.2 and my Passphrase Wallet with no issues.

2- I updated to v25.9.1 and my Passphrase Wallet stopped being visible. The message was “This Passphrase wallet is empty”. I restarted my PC and the Passphrase Wallet became accessible again.

3- I updated Trezor Suite to V25.9.2. The same issue again. my Passphrase Wallet stopped being visible. The message was " This Passphrase wallet is empty". Restarting the PC did not fix it. Reinstalling Trezor Suite did not fix.

4 - I am able to access my Passphrase Wallet via the Trezor Web App.

My issue is similar to the one described here. htt ps://github.com/trezor/trezor-suite/issues/11389

However, I was not able to clear cache and config files, as I don’t know where they’re located Uninstall didn’t clear cache/config, as my configurations were kept after reinstalling. (currency, default wallet, etc)

Can you please assist?

Update.

Using the Reset App option within the Trezor Suite app, worked for me.

I can now properly access my passphrase wallet within Trezor Suite app.
