I don’t understand if I have funds in my Trezor One, I see outgoing transactions but not incoming, I tried all the passphrases I had written down but it always tells me that the wallets are empty. I see a transaction from about 2 years ago from my Ledger of 0.3 btc that goes to a wallet and I think it’s a new Trezor wallet with a passphrase, there are no other transactions. My question is: can I see if these 0.3btc have entered even without entering the passphrase? I also tried to download the trezor-suite-log.text but it dosent show anything. if I do a downgrade could it solve some problems? I’m desperate

I’m sorry to hear you cannot find your crypto on your Trezor Model One. It’s certainly possible that this might be due to a passphrase issue. You may also wish to review our article I don’t see my crypto.
