I cannot update the firmware New Version 1.10.5. What should I do? The following message is displayed. I can’t update the firmware, so I can’t set up the wallet.

Installation failed
Error: hidapi: hid_error is not implemented yet

If you have the neutron phrase, you can factory reset the device first, then upgrade the firmware, then restore the wallet with the seed phrase.

I ran into this error on a MacOS.

What solved it was to install Python:
Open up the terminal, type

python3

and press enter.
A window will popup to install the mac dev tools. Install them and your trezor suite will work as expected.
