You can update the firmware. When I speak, it says "Loading host." Furthermore, when I connect it to my computer, the computer starts the "bootloader."
A factory reset is not possible because I'll lose money. What should I do?
Hi @depos ,You won’t lose any funds by resetting the device as long as you have your wallet backup (your recovery seed).
If you have it, you can simply restore your wallet after the reset using that backup, and all your accounts and balances will reappear.
