Hello, I have a problem with updating the firmware on my Trezor one, the latest version on my device is 1.6.3. The instructions in Trezor Suite tell me to disconnect the Trezor first (after I do that, a green check mark appears next to this step) but when I do step two, when connecting, I hold both buttons - the Trezor shows the serial number of my device, but nothing happens in the Trezor Suite application. Do you know what to do, please?

I’m facing exactly same problem. I have version 1.6 but I’m also stuck with step two a I don’t know what to do. Also can’t do factory reset because trezor needs update before going to settings. I’m walking in circles
