I tried to update firmware as instructed. I got an error message amd was directed to disconnect wallet. When I try to reconnect I get same wrror. Cannot connect to get to reset screen

The “Unofficial firmware detected” message on your Trezor device display usually indicates that there was some problem with the firmware update.
Please try to factory reset your Trezor. Information on how to perform factory reset can be found in this article: https://trezor.io/support/a/how-to-reset-your-pin
(the process of factory reset is the same as if you forget your PIN)
