My Model One meets with this error when I open Trezor Suite, both website and desktop versions. I also cannot do sign any transactions via Metamask addon on Chrome.
My firmware is up to date.
My PC recognizes the device as “TREZOR”.
My Trezor screen shows my name (light is on)
I can boot into bootloader mode and install firmware.
The buttons on my Trezor are working.
My trezor device goes to sleep when not used, and wakes up when pressed left button.
So, even if everything looks alright, my Trezor still cannot do what it’s meant to.
Please help me.
