Continue in the App

Hi
I just updated the firmware on my Trezor Safe 5. Using Windows 11.
I also updated the Trezor suite.
I am getting a message on my Trezor that says “Continue in the App”. I have checked the bot help and I have tried the solutions - try different cable, try different computer, and the message is still there. The bot also says it could be logged into another Suite - it isn’t.
I’ve reinstalled Trezor Suite, and reinstalled the firmware update, but the message is still there. I did have an incomplete firmware update before the successful one. I cannot remember why this was. I think I thought firmware was updated, when it wasn’t and I disconnected my Trezor.
I have tried a transaction, but it does not work. The code does not appear on my Trezor.
Anyone got any ideas what has happened? Or better still, how to fix this?

Thanks
Andy

A quick reply to this. It is all sorted out.
I had what I thought was an error message about needing to continue in the app. I first saw this when I was updating firmware and thought I needed to click something in the app to continue. Nothing was there.
So I went to try to trade, but couldn’t. On trying to buy some crypto, the app was asking me to confirm the code on the device, but the code was not showing on the device, even though it was attached an unlocked. I assumed it was something to do with the “Continue in the app” message on the device. Turns out that is a normal message. I had since reinstalled the firmware, and the suite (clearing cache), and while the message remains (as I believe it should), I can now trade. I would have deleted my original post, but doesn’t look like I can.
