Cardano Account discovery error

Hi,
suddenly my Cardano wallets stopped showing up on Trezor Suite, Trezor Suite Lite and also via the Trezor Suite website. All other crypto is showing up normally. Cardano says “Account discovery error”
(We were unable to discover your accounts). Both the Trezor T firmware and the Suite on my computer are up to date.
I can see my ADA normally on other wallets in the browser after connecting the vault.

Hey Figo, were you ever able to fix this issue? I am experiencing the same thing.

Hi @kmuller1

Could you try to reset the app and check again?

Also, I recommend trying to check the web version of Trezor Suite if the issue persists there.

this usually isn’t a firmware issue, it’s Cardano account discovery choking on cached state. resetting the app in Trezor Suite often fixes it because it forces a full resync of the ADA derivation paths. also worth checking if you ever used multiple Cardano accounts or different passphrases — Suite only scans a limited gap by default. since your ADA shows fine in other wallets with the same Trezor, the keys are safe; it’s almost always Suite-side discovery, not a chain problem.

Reset app, doesn’t help. This is very annoying. I can’t see ADA and Night tokens on my Trezor 3 in a passphrase wallet now although this works last month.

The exact same has happened to me. I can no longer see my ADA holdings and less than a month ago there was no problem. I’ve had multiple suite updates and at least 1 Trezor Safe 7 firmware update.

I have tried resetting the app in trezor suite multiple times to no avail. My ADA holdings do show up in connected wallets but not in Trezor suite.

I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled trezor suite to no avail as well. FYI, help please.

There should be no more issues with accessing the Cardano accounts in Trezor Suite.
