Can't connect Model T on Chromebook

Model T can’t connect on Chromebook. I’ve checked videos, written instructions, etc. No luck. I punch in my passcode, the device appears to be doing that just fine, but then I get the lock screen back again. On my Chromebook, in Chrome, Trezor Suite for web cannot locate my device. I have rebooted, changed out multiple cables, cleared browser cache and cookies, retried entering passcode dozens of times. Please help!

Please try these steps:

  1. Update your Chrome browser to the latest version
    2 Reset app storage in Trezor Suite (Settings > Application > Reset app)
  2. Reset USB permissions on Chrome (Open Chrom > Settings >Privacy and security > Click Site settings > Click on Additional permissions > Open USB devices > Reset permissions
  3. Restart your device
  4. Optional - Instal the latest BETA version of the Chrome browser.
