BNB to Trezor. Coins don't appear in wallet

Hi. Im new to the trezor.
I transfered a notable amount of BNB to the ETH account of my trezor T and nothing happend.
The transaction was approved.
Prior to this, i had transfered three other coins to the ETH Wallet of the Trezor.
Can you help me?
Is there any way to contact customer service? (I couldnt find one)

you have to add the tokens to your eth wallet

i did that now, and i have 0 BNB.
I didnt have to add tokens before. Just send them to my eth address.

How can i make these coins to show up or somehoe send them somewhere else?

what chain did you use ? erc20 or bep20 ?

for BNB you have to use bep20

@nearlygod use MetaMask (Apps:MetaMask - Trezor Wiki ) and create BSC, you will see your tokens there

I send this from Binance. It says BSC.
I have installed Metamask as another user mentioned and also cant see my coins there.
