Hello, I was hoping to get some help. I went to set up a transfer of BCH to my wallet, The app said I should backup first so I did. After seein the first 6 key words I get error backup failed. The error on the computer is “The backup process was interrupted. As you do not have a complete recovery seed, please follow this guide”. So I got to follow the guide. But in step 2 of the guide it says to “Unlock your Trezor device with your PIN”. But I don;t know how to unlock and I was never asked to give a pin? What should I do next?
