Account discovery error


When I connect my Trezor Model T and open latest Trezor Suite (using a Win 10.0.16299 Enterprise HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop), my balances of BTC and ETH both say “Asset no loaded correctly”. My XRP balance does load correctly. However I get the following error message:
Discovery error
Accounts were not loaded properly
Bitcoin: All backends are down
Ethereum: All backends are down

I am not using a web browser to do this. I’m using the Trezor Suite app which I have updated to current.
I am more than mildly concerned about my BIT and ETH balances. How can I rectify this?
