Wrong email attached to transaction

Hi there.

I used to buy bitcoin only and all worked fine.

Now i wanted to buy XRP and accidentally used a different email adress on the transaction as on my bitcoin transactions. Paybis now wants me to verify my email, but only allows one email - the one i used for my bitcoin transactions. There is no way on changing the email adress to the correct one. As soon as i start transaction the wrong email is automatically attached to it. I deleted cookies and browser history, deleted the trezor app and reinstalled it - nothing worked.

Contacted paybis support -couldnt help. Contacted Trezor support - waiting for response over 1 day, after first suggestion with deleting cookies.

Any help here?
