Hi, I ordered and have a Safe 7 on its way. I’m interested in the wireless charger, but didn’t order it yet because I’ve read that it gets extremely hot during charging. Is this expected and if not what could cause this to happen?

The device is likely to heat up due to wireless charging, which is normal, especially if you actively use it during the charging. In standard conditions, the device should not exceed any temperature limits or be damaged in any way.

This phenomenon is quite normal on devices with wireless chargers, particularly those with small mechanical dimensions. It also occurs with a large number of other devices, including mobile phone models and earbuds.
