Used Changelly to swap BTC to USDT-ERC20 and did not receive the USDT

I used Changelly to swapped BTC to USDT-ERC20 and the transaction as I checked on my BTC wallet it became a sent transaction instead of a swapped.

It shows a BTC addressed that received the amount but I have not received the USDT

Is this due to network congestion? And is that BTC now with Changelly?
How do I proceed with letting them send it to my USDT ?

The USDT is usually received on the Ethereum network, so you must have Ethereum enabled in your coins settings. If you have any additional questions I recommend submitting a support ticket via our Chatbot Hal as we do not discuss transactions made via Trezor Trade on public forums.
