[UPDATE] Trezor Suite February 2025 update is here!

Trezor Suite v25.2.2 has been released.

To download and install the latest update, simply open Trezor Suite and proceed using the on-screen instructions. Please note that updates roll out in stages and you may not be prompted to update for several days after this announcement.

:rocket: New features

  • A new entropy check to ensure wallets are generated by authentic Trezor devices, enhancing security and preventing potential counterfeits.
  • Full support for Base, Optimism, and Arbitrum One networks, expanding compatibility with popular blockchain ecosystems.

:art: Improvements

  • Enhanced Replace-by-Fee (RBF) transaction details, making it easier to speed up transactions when needed.
  • Improved XRP Memo/Destination tag UI in the send and receive flows for a smoother experience.
  • Solana transactions are now properly decoded, replacing “Unknown transaction” labels in account history.
  • Redesigned address verification when sending funds, prompting users to compare the Trezor device address with the original source (e.g., an exchange or contact) to help prevent sending to a tampered address.
  • Suite is deprecating support for Bitcoin Gold, Dash, Vertcoin, Namecoin, and Digibyte; however, these coins will continue to be supported in Firmware and can still be accessed through third-party applications.

:wrench: Bug fixes

  • Resolved minor bugs, enhanced usability, and optimized performance.

Hello, how can I make an entropy check on an already “used” wallet?

The changes on the website state “After the wallet is created, Trezor deletes it and sends the entropy it used back to Trezor Suite”. Is sending entropy back to on-line Suite to create the same pub safe? I’m sure that I am missing something and hope someone can clarify this.

Hello, after the update from 24.12.3 to 25.2.2, the color of all coins changed (in the overview where I choose whether to display the coin or not) to either black-white or white-black depending on what scheme I have on Windows. I have to say that I liked the original colors typical for individual coins much more. e.g. eth-purple, btc-orange, etc. Is it possible to return this setting somewhere or am I just out of luck. You have to get used to the black-and-white solution. Thank you

This update completely bricked my Trezor One. I am stuck in a “unknown bootloader” then “install bootloader” loop. nothing I have tried will restore the device.

Hello there, after the update , my trezor is connected, but unavailable while loading. Do you know how long it will take to be available again? is this a bug?

Ok, used bot to help with ussie , well done! all solved
