Is madly bonkers stupid. It’s on the same level of stupidy as the Ledgers Recovery campaign.
There will never be an unauthorised transaction if a user is using the device correctly. The titel of this campaign suggests however it is possible or even normal to see an unauthorised transaction.
The video begins to explain what to do when you see an unautorised transaction, and only later explains how this is possible to begin with (usererror). People only read the headlines and are now thinking Trezor is not working.
Sorry if I sound harsh, but I love your product and this campaign is not well thought. Just look at the first comments on X and Youtube.
