Tenho a Trezor T, fazendo a reset na carteira a vendo feito um envio de Btc, da minha Trust e Micellyum para a Trezor. Perco meu saldo. Após uma atualização, não consigo ver meu saldo,

Hi @PHM2023 if there is no previous transaction history and you are not able to find the address you have previously sent your funds to then you are either accessing wrong wallet by typing different passphrase or something went wrong during the firmware update and your Trezor’s memory was wiped. This is a security feature and commonly caused by losing your connection during the update.

Please note that if you were using passphrase protection prior to the firmware update then you will need to re-enable it in the Advanced menu tab and then enter your passphrase to access your coins.

Note that when the same recovery seed is used and the same passphrase is entered (if enabled and used), the same wallet is accessed. There is no exception. It always generates the same wallet including the same accounts having the same addresses in the same order. The public-key cryptography ensures it generates always the same result.
