My wallet arrived today.
When I opened the packaging, everything seemed fine, but we all know that a hot air gun can be used to apply new plastic to the box.
The pre-punched strip was fine. I opened it.
Inside, the black plastic seal over the Trezor was slightly diagonal on the back (it caught my attention).
Then, upon inspecting the orange lid, I could see that the edge was punctured, as if someone had tried to open it or had already opened it. (You can see it in the photos).
I tried to contact support, but I only get a response from the bot, which is very limited.
Their support tickets are only for configuration.
There’s a seal on the USB-C connector, but it’s not necessary to remove it to access the wallet.
