Trezor Safe 3 issues with btc balance

Hello Trezor Safe 3 users,
I noticed 2 strange things with the trezor suite and a recent BTC transfer. Please, could you assist:

  1. I transferred to my trezor safe3 btc account some amount. Trezor suite shows the correct amount. When i use the public key and check the balance on bitcoin blockchain explorer the btc address is found but the balance is zero. How can this happen?

  2. How can i retrieve the private key in trezor safe 3. I did not see a choice?

@Peter1 in answer to your questions

  1. Your remaining funds from the transaction were transferred to a change address, which can be viewed in Trezor Suite by going to Send > Coin Control. Learn more about change addresses from our article What is a change address?
  2. For security reasons, it is not possible to retrieve private keys from Trezor devices. You could derive them using a software wallet or tool that allows you to do so, but this is strongly discouraged as it will mean your private keys are no longer in cold storage.
