Trezor One Display not Working


I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a Trezor Model One, and while the buttons and wallet functionality seem to be working correctly, I am encountering an issue with the screen. Despite multiple attempts of disconnecting and reconnecting the device, the display remains unresponsive. Additionally, I performed a factory reset on the device, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.

I am reaching out for guidance on whether it is possible to resolve the screen problem and, if so, what steps I should take. Furthermore, I am curious if it is feasible to use the Trezor Model One without the functioning screen.

It is not possible to use Trezor without the screen. It is absolutely essential to check what you see on the screen and make sure it is correct.
