Trezor Model T Packaging

Hi,

I just received my Trezor Model T that I ordered from an authorized reseller in Thailand called SiamBC.

The bar code on the packaging looks very so slightly different from the pictures on your website, can you verify this is a genuine bar code?

Besides this the only thing that was different from the intended contents was that the getting started guide was missing.

Can you verify this is a normal packaging?

Hi @dsk,

Barcodes can differ according to the different batches of Trezor devices. There is no need to worry. If other security checks (as mentioned at https://trezor.io/learn/a/authenticate-trezor-model-t) are checked, then the device is genuine.
