After I pre mark the 4 letters and try to punch it with the punching tool the is no way I can do that.
It’s like steel and nothing happens. No matter how hard I press. And I don’t hear a click. How much strength needed to press it down?
How is the punching tool screwed together? I had it apart once and now I’m not sure if I screwed it back together correctly.
Is a production error possible and therefore it cannot be pressed down?
