Trezor is not a reliable company

I’ll start by saying that the courier delivered the package to me and the sender’s name was in clear “TREZOR”. Are you kidding? You talk about privacy, security etc. and then enter your name instead of triangulating the shipment? You are newbies.

Also, I created a new wallet and to my surprise I saw that you use SLIP-39. Yes, you are the only ones in the world to use this protocol. This means that if tomorrow I lose the hardware wallet and I need to use my seed on any other wallet I will not be able to do so. But that’s okay, I thought: I can always create a wallet in BIP-39 right?

Too bad that during the configuration phase there is no option that allows this.

I also tried to contact support but the page is “not available”.

I am really disappointed, you are not professionals at all, change jobs.

Of course, there are other apps supporting this standard. Currently, third-party wallets like Rabby, Electrum, Sparrow, and BlueWallet support the SLIP39 standard. We’re actively collaborating with additional wallets to expand support and will provide updates here as new integrations are completed.

Furthermore we actively encourage enhanced backup support integration into software wallets through a bounty program. This initiative extends financial and expertise support to software wallet providers seeking to implement SLIP39.

There is the option, you have to click the dropdown here and choose one of the legacy (BIP39) options, 12/24 words.
