Hey guys, wondering if this is normal for international orders. I placed an order for several Trezor Safe 3’s to be shipped to Indonesia on 22 Nov, but there has been no update on its shipping status. I’ve reached out to customer service, but there has been no response for the past few days too. Any advice you could provide? I feel like my order is lost in limbo
