When I try to send btc to my trezor btc adress everytime I click receive btc its another btc adress ?
Then I get multiple different btc adresses added if I click multiple times receive btc?

yes and this is actually proper use case to use new address for every received transaction because of your privacy. Sure you can reuse same address all the time, but it is not recommended.
For example you send part of yout BTC to your friend. He can look at your address and see how many of them you have.
