What is the latest version of Trezor suite compatible with OSX 10.13 High Sierra?

I can confirm that the desktop version of Trezor Suite is supported on MacOS 15 or higher as you can find at https://trezor.io/learn/a/os-requirements-for-trezor
The link you posted is correct. However, I wouldn’t recommend using the older desktop versions of Trezor Suite. It is highly recommended to always use the latest version of Trezor Suite as it contains the latest fixes, improvements and new features.
You can use the web version of Trezor Suite instead if you have an old version of OS that is not supported by the desktop version anymore. The web version of Trezor Suite is always the latest one (currently v24.1.3).
