Trezor 7 without a button only a slot. Can't get any support help

Hello,
Purchased a Trezor 7 and tried to set it up last night. The device has no button on the side only a slot. Was able to set PIN and SEED but cant do anything with it if it’s disconnected from my computer. Went to support and HAL was not able to resolve the issue and sent me to a support page that isn’t operational.

What recourse do I have and how do I get some assistance on getting a new device??

You have a Trezor T, not a Trezor Safe 7.
