Transfer INTO Trezor using ETH/ERC-20 contract No Show but can SEE Timestamp/Transfer

Added ONE Token with ERC-20 Contract in Trezor.
Sent ONE from Crypto.com (verified received and sent).

I can SEE the ONE via the https://explorer.harmony.one/
Shows the ETH address provided and the ONE address
All looks well however not visable on Trezor Model T

Added MetaMask, also not showing up.

Any suggestions?

Hi, if you can see the tx on https://explorer.harmony.one/ you have sent ONE token on Harmony mainnet, thus it is not ERC-20 (It would have to be on ethereum network).

However since Harmony mainnet is EVM compatible you can access your tokens using Trezor with MetaMask: Trezor - Harmony
