Transaction still pending after 18 hours

Yesterday (2/12) I exchanged some BTC for USDC using ChangeHero with an economy fixed-rate. As of this writing I am still getting a ‘pending’ message when I view the transaction on both Trezor Suite and on ChangeHero

My question is, is this normal? I don’t remember this taking so long the last time I exchanged for USDC. Or, has something likely gone wrong and if so, what should I be looking at to finalize the transaction?
